MyFRS.Com Account Login Problems?
I have forgotten my User ID or Password, or have locked my account
MyFRS strongly suggests that you store your SSN, PIN, User ID and Password in a safe place upon initial user profile registration. If you have forgotten your User ID or password, or you have been locked out of your account after 5 unsuccessful login attempts, you will need to enter your SSN and your date of birth for validation. Once validated, you will be presented with your secret questions. Upon answering your secret questions, your User ID will be emailed to you along with a randomly generated password. You will use this to login to MyFRS.com. It is strongly recommend that you change your password at this time back to something you will remember in the future.
I have forgotten the answers to my secret questions
